Cancellation & Missed Appointments. We kindly ask for at least a 24 hour notification for appointment changes, rescheduling or cancellations by calling the spa at 250-964-0002. If you are calling outside of business hours or our receptionist is occupied helping other guests, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We understand life happens and everyone needs a little grace. However, if you miss an appointment without notice more than once, a 50% charge of the service (25% of Laser service) will be added to your client file.

 

Running Late At Selah. We work on a strict schedule. Each treatment is allotted a specific timeframe with little variability. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will provide as much of the treatment as we can in the remaining time and if needed, help reschedule you to a better suited date to complete the treatment. The cost of the service will reflect the full price of the treatment originally booked. Certain treatments we provide can NOT be shortened. These treatments include: Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow & Lash Tinting, Laser Hair Removal, Waxing & Sugaring, Lip Blushing, and Nail Extension Removals. These treatments will need to be rescheduled all together.

 

Child Policy. While we love children and have families ourselves, we kindly ask our clients not to bring children under the age of 8 years old into the spa. Due to nail dust, the sharp tools and chemicals used, we can not provide a safe place for young children. We strive to offer a quiet and restful environment for all of our guests. Any child between the ages of 8-16 years old must also be receiving a service with the accompanying parent/guardian.

 

Polish Guarantee. The ingredients in traditional nail polish are not formulated to last long-term, and as such we can not guarantee the polish won’t be damaged once you leave the Spa. Gel polish is built stronger and we guarantee wear for 7 days. If the gel polish is damaged within 7 days, we are happy to repair the damaged nail with the same polish free of charge.

Selah Boutique Returns. If you wish to return unused or unopened product, we are happy to provide a spa credit or exchange.
